Setting the Standard For Efficient Systems Design

Our closed industrial radiator designs provide the low maintenance costs and cleanliness of a closed process system.

In a radiator system, coolant flows from the process to an outdoor radiator. Heat is dissipated through the fins surrounding the coils as air is blown across the unit by built-in fans. Because the coolant system is closed, all components in the cooling loop remain clean and corrosion-free without filtration or chemical treatment, guaranteeing optimum heat transfer.

Radiators are typically designed to cool glycol to within 10-15ºF of the ambient dry bulb temperature. In climates where occasional extreme dry bulbs are experienced, a trim heat exchanger can be added to automatically reduce the temperature as needed.

• Sealed process coolant loop guarantees cleanliness
and corrosion-free operation for the life of the system

• Package-mounted expansion/de-aeration tank with
   automatic venting and level controls

• Integrated package with all components pre-piped
   and wired

• Package-mounted motor control center with
comprehensive local and remote system monitoring,
   and optional Variable Speed Drives

• Thermostatically-controlled multi-stage cooling
   minimizes power costs
